Raw Materials
Soybean meal, wheat flour, maize powder/ corn meal, cottonseeds meal, bone meal, fish meal, etc. can be used as raw materials for making animal feed pellets.
Firstly, use a hammer mill crusher to crush the raw material into powder or flour, fineness around 60-80mesh. Secondly, mix the powder evenly by a feed mixer machine, control the moisture of the mixed powder at 20% -25%.
Pet Food
The animal feed pellet machine can make different shapes of food pellets for pets like dog, cat, rabbit, pet bird, etc.

Flat die feed pellet machine mainly presses feed raw materials into pellets. Its core lies in the coordinated work of the pressing rollers and the falt die. The working principle of animal feed extruder is completely different. It mainly uses extrusion, heating and shearing to make the material instantly mature under high temperature and high pressure, and then suddenly reduce the pressure and temperature to make the volume of the material expand rapidly to form extruded material. This processing method can gelatinize the starch in the feed and denature the protein, thereby improving the digestibility and nutritional value of the feed. The structure of the feed extruder is relatively complex, including the feeding system, extrusion chamber, cooling system, cutting system, etc., which can realize continuous production.
