Automatic wheat milling machine

Automatic wheat milling machine (6F22 series) is a hot sell grain flour processing machine. The automatic wheat mill contains multiple components to complete a series of processes from feeding to flour output. You can see several key components in the figure:

1. Feed hopper: located at the bottom, used to receive wheat to be ground.
2. Conveying pipeline: connects various components for material transmission.
3. Grinding unit: includes a grinding chamber, which uses rotating grinding rollers to crush wheat into flour.
4. Screening device: used to separate bran and flour to ensure the quality of the final product.
5. Collection container: located at the top, used to collect fine flour that has been screened.

6F22 series automatic wheat milling machine includes the roller milling body, round sieve, draught fan, airlock, and bag filter. After the operator starts the machine, the draught fan will generate airflow. Wheat is sucked into the pipe and enters the milling body. By the grinding of two rollers, wheat is milled into flour and sieved by the round sieve. The bag filter can collect ash and reduce dust pollution.

The wheat bran produced by the first milling of wheat also contains some flour, and this bran can be milled twice or more to collect the remaining flour.

1. Pneumatic conveying. This machine adopts a pneumatic conveying of the grain. So it can produce flour continuously. Airflow conveying reduces the labor strength. Besides, it can take the dust and heat caused by the flour milling.
2. Roller-type design. The milling body is the main part of the complete set of machines. Corn and wheat are ground and processed into flour by it. Various economic and technical indicators of wheat & maize processing are directly related to it, such as flour quality, flour yield, output and power consumption, and profit.
3. The grinding roller is cast by double-layer metal, the outer layer is made of molybdenum chromium alloy cast iron, and the inner layer is cast iron. The surface hardness of the grinding roller is HPC50-58, alloy thickness is 15 ± 5mm, the roller length is 350mm (400mm) (500mm), and the diameter is 222mm.
4. Round sieve. Simple structure, sieve cloth can changed, so this milling machine can produce different fineness flour.
