Small rice mill plant BLNM-15B is a compact rice processing production line. It includes the destoner, rubber roller husker, brown rice separator, emery roller whitener, and rice grader. How rice processing in each part of the rice mill

  • Single elevator and feeding hopper: Paddy enter the elevator from the feeding hooper and be transmitted to cleaner

  • Combined paddy cleaner and destoner: This part is mainly for cleaning paddy. Impurities like leaves, roots, stones, etc can be separated from the paddy.  It also includes an aspirator to removing the dust in the cleaning process. This process is the base of making high quality rice.

  • Rubber roller husker: The cleaned paddy is hulled by it to get the brown rice and husk.

  • Gravity separator: Separating the brown rice and rice husk

  • Emery roller rice whitner: milling the brown rice to white rice

  • Grader: screen the broken rice
